Full disclosure: Lord Jazor is not a Villain in our sense, but a Professional and Performer in his chosen field.  As such, his work here is superior. Note the voicework - how the characterization holds menace, a foreign culture, and the exercise of control and emotion. The superior costume. Even the eyes and body language speak to the character.

Villains can learn so much of the Craft by watching others.
