People say "Lord Malignance is attacking ROACH!"

Really?

ROACH was created by the Potentate, to be Smart, Fun, and sell T-Shirts. Not a front for Online Vigilantes as we've seen Agent Beryllium and PoopKnife (Jebidiah VonDeathbread in Facebook) lead it to again, with the public Facebook page request for the doxing (Find and reveal his personal information for the purposes of threats and harassment) and punitive punishment of Captain Ozone. One is Not defending Captain Ozone, merely pointing out, that No One has any proof he has done anything more than being unpleasant to women. If THAT were a crime, half the male population would be in similar straits, half of the time.

RICO seems to hold the Potentate responsible for the criminal actions, across state lines, of his subordinates (unlike Jaggalos, or superheroes, who have no leaders). One has screenshots of Beryllium asking for doxing, a superhero (Reverend Crusader) saying he was threated with Doxing if he didn't give up information on others (Ozone?), and naming a specific villain, who is a member of the ROACH public page. Coercion for returned service across state lines. It's Blackmail (extortion) *** - a "Racket", also known as "Protection" - since the harm you would be protected From, is the person you are paying with your service. Then Agent Beryllium of ROACH approving and encouraging more (w/screenshots).

This likely is a felony, as more than harassment, it was a threat to commit harm, from a villain and member of the ROACH page, acting on her instructions (Screenshots seen on my Facebook page). ROACH Also has a document on the blog (http://www.joinroach.blogspot.com), linked from the website the Potentate pays for (http://www.joinroach.com), describing "Class 3" supervillainy, and the responsibilities of members with this rank. PoopKnife even claims his Class3 rank. On the Potentate's website (joinroach.com) he also has members and ranks beneath him.


You say a lawsuit can't be won by any superhero getting a "By Commision Lawyer on the Cheap". One says the cost of the Potentate's legal defense would be greater than T-shirt profits from his website, and the Potentate would therefore close ROACH.

Help save ROACH from the minions running it. Before that first Ambulance chasing lawyer does it for you. One could give this to superheroes, but One hates them, and seeks only to protect Villainy AND ROACH from harm. One could email this to ROACH Leadership, but she has an admitted mental disability, and has obsessively focused on inflicting her pain on others. Regardless of weather Ozone is guilty of her stated transgressions* or not, Reverend Crusader (or whatever his name is) certainly IS innocent of all crimes, except being a stupid superhero.


* Ozone is said to have harassed her over years in email. Yet she could never add his email to a SPAM filter? She did mine, so why not him. They communicate on the ROACH page on Facebook - she's acting leader, why not remove him from the group? Why not Block him? When anyone is asked these two questions, their answers are distraction, attack the questioner, or "I heard from someone somewhere";

1) Has he commited any crime - is there any proof?

2) Has he ever threatened anyone?

Ozone by the way, apparently denies any guilt and is asking for proof. So apparently his accusers have not actually presented him with their greivances, presented anything of any value to either facebook or any justice agency, or he's lying. One doesn't care. It's whatever is Lawful, either way. Because whatever is illegal will hurt the guilty party. One doesn't want it to be Villainy.

Now women have taken this up as a cause celebre - a Gender as a Weapon issue, and attack and label anyone who asks for simple proof. An Ad Hominem argument. They can't provide proof, so they attack the person asking the question. This is NOT a "Women as Victims" issue - this is a "threats against an innocent citizen" (innocent until proven guilty in a court of law) issue. The Villains want to play superhero, and be Online Vigilantes, from within ROACH. But they are Not cops, they do Not have a mandate from any governing body to enforce their own imaginings of justice. They have no training, or experience, and little to no evidence collecting ("chain of evidence"/Entrapment) ability.

They are following a likely good woman, who is struggling with mental illness, who as One has documented on this blog, has lied, to instigate situations where she can claim she is the victim. Her lie about me? That One was selling out Villainy to join a "Tangen Supercrew" to be on a reality show. That One would betray trusts for my own advantage. Two years later, and a Emails to Peter Tangen, and Tea Krulos With her*, including her confession, and No Tangen Supercrew has ever materialized. To this day Still. It was just a Lie, to instigate a confrontation so she could claim she is a victim. So you'll excuse Me, if One doesn't believe she's strictly an innocent here. And the Little Scorpion PoopKnife helped her do it. Because they wanted to be in charge, based on backstabbing and lying. One has the Email. It's posted, and One can certainly post it anywhere, once again.

One is asking the minions in charge of ROACH to stop this illegal behavior, and stop trying to ruin ROACH from within. ROACH is a valuable organization, and superheroes must be stopped. The Right way. The Legal way. The Fun way. Don't hand superheroes this victory.
