Some updates.

Need a better logo and After the better logo, some business cards.
Need to avoid being too bloggy, this is a platform for a purpose. But One can't promise - it's the megalomania. Sometimes One needs to be all about Me. But One does eschew this modern propensity of the "online celebrities" phenomenon very much so. It's antithetical to being a Villain.
One found that as One stumbles around the Internet, One would find beautiful resources to either outright steal from or learn from, and is just appending them to any blogpost. Great for "buried treasures" but very difficult to go back to when you want to find something. The Resources pages should be helpful for that. One will start adding to them as the work progresses.
One has missed One's goals the last two weeks! The objective deadline is now in jeopardy and better discipline will need to be applied (so the posting may grow cold for a little bit).
The Lab is a wreck, mostly unusable. And One is trying to tunnel into the Study to get to the drafting board to put time to innovating an improved helmet. Cardstock prototype to brass, to spot welding or riveting. That Marvel movie "Doomsday" is going to come out, and any work One does After that will be seen as trying to copy Their work. One has been happily enhelmeted long before Marvel thought Downey - an "Actor" who must Always show his face to act, can portray a helmeted Victor Von Doom who specifically Never shows his face.
It's a pride in the face you create thing you likely wouldn't appreciate.
There IS objectively a veritable mountain of study to do, and a good portion of it beyond the borders of One's bailiwick, so some effort will be needed. More than a little.
Oh, One will HAVE to gloat some times. A good rant is a panacea for life's turbulent energies - at least as a Villain One believes so. A soliloquy to put One's thoughts out there to see how they stand. At some point, One may link other resources to this page and then the page count may increase. At present there's only one reader, and we both know who that is *. But time to build it out before then. A rough draft until some quality work gets on the pages.
Caveat - One needs to pull some capers just for the adventurous joy of it. May post those, and they will absolutely derail the objective aim of this page, so One makes allowance for that. Maybe a robotics convention or a Texas Run to heist some barbecue and steal some secrets from the pitmasters.

This is an adjacent program.
Home Assistant is currently over the counter purchasable and has many features One would like to steal and incorporate into SUtech. So, somewhere down the line these two divergent development lines will want to merge into a SUtech v3.0 .

Malignosphere Technologies
This is a page for resources to the more leaning towards cutting edge technologies that came about from the failed Malignanceship Space Program. One couldn't keep up with "Billionaires in Space", and the complexities of selling the idea got out of reach. Malignanceship went from a building-size structure too heavy to achieve reentry once it burned up it's fuel, to a lifting body, to a capsule on top of a rocket and Nothing appealed to me in the end.
One eventually went to a Steve Jobs approach - stop trying to compete with what IS, and innovate what has never been. Make that jump into possibility and let the ideas find their own solutions.
Hopefully some of this will be applicable to the running projects.

They Always Forget the "Lord" Part of "Lord Malignance"
One had achieved an objective in superlative fashion as One is wont to do, and was recognized with a "thank you card". Ah, but no mere thank you card, this had been done in what passes today as the Traditional Way. Engraved stationary, a note written by hand, and a gold seal sticker clasping the letter closed.
Tradition would hold that One would melt the wax in a cauldron with a handle, but the glue gun works (don't tell anyone).

But to Whom did they think they were bestowing this to? This was going to be, a Lord Off.
One has a Master's Desk, a desk of letters when such was the way of the world, before email came to render care and craft obsolete. It's also buried as is everything In the Lair, but One could get to some of it. Two campaign boxes - fountain pens and wax seals. Stationary always at hand, and at least one fine ink.

Embossed stationary, brief hand-written note, in cursive script (which to be honest is atrocious), wax seal, with a golden ("Brass") thread. One even off-aligned the M to denote a familiarity with the form, but a casualness to this specific reply, maintaining expectations of our relative stations.
You can find all sorts of things in boxes around the lair. There was a Fourth Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver replica, an old card someone had sent, and This - a Conklin Pen, made to appear as it did when Mark Twain was hawking them for the company.
Studying is Seriously falling behind - One's laissez-faire study discipline - a pell-mell if you will, counting on brilliance saving the day, is Not my friend in regards to studying python. One hates to say, but One is going to Have to set some specific concrete goals beyond 3hrs a week.
Lastly, and perhaps Why One is missing benchmarks for study, One is about 25% through the Kasa (but with "matter") upgrades. One prefers to speak and have the Magic Happen (why there's SUtech and Malignobot programs). And of Course, as One is upgrading From Wemo (because they're shutting down the support), Fate it seems is not without a sense of humor.

Odds and Ends and Somehow, no Studying and a Deadline Approaching.
Some catching up on ideas One has been putting together, quite instead of the Python training One actually Needs to be doing;
Those Two Magic Words
Not so Looming as before - a larger set, but still not getting there. It's Dark, and that monitor right in front of me is a pain. The Image logo on screen also isn't centered? It's a proof of concept, but Still. Ug. Back to the semi-drawing board on this idea.
Replacing the Wemo controllers with the new Kasa controllers. Seriously, that's about Half of them. The Lair is rife with these remote controls. But - this version of Kasa can operate independent of the phone app, which means One may be able to connect them to the SUtech Lair AI.
Some developing notes on That. One Can build Manjaro on a Rasberry Pi 4, and then integrate that into the Yellow Home Assistant, and One can run a Python Program (SUtech) on that Rasberry Pi, but One isn't as yet certain how One can have SUtech work with Yellow. Or just create something similar to Yellow. It's going to be a Thing when One gets down to the hardware level of drivers and input/outputs.

The above two are important for SUtech. One can actually Ask AI to write a digital assistant and have it incorporate code to use any of the existing AIs out there - and it takes Moments. Does One understand it? No, not at all. And that points an accusing finger at my falling behind in studying Python. But, if One wants to have Fun, One needs to be at the closer edge to something new. Evil knows, Malignobots (more below) aren't it, because they're crab-walking quadrupeds, and everything is inline dog/deer walking robots - and humanoids these days. So, World Model AI might be where SUtech can distinguish itself. One was already hearing things about LLMs that were using more specific models (why pull Everyhing, when you could pull only the Best?).
Imagine a SUtech that worked like This (but with a robot horse head).
And Malignobots.
One of those AI generated images forgot to put in the eye, but One was thinking about the image it produced;

One has taken a fancy to this. They're sentries and being cyclopes won't cause any worse failure rates.

The theatrical effect can be done cheaper. But One likes the idea of the eye moving around.

And One tried 6 legs - which are Far more stable. But each leg adds 3 servo motors (a complete system is a servomechanism) which adds weight requiring bigger servos adding more weight and on and on. See "Malignanceship: Too Big to for Reentry" (Fuel took up half the ship).
Lastly, it's gotten late, but One found this and thought it was interesting. These sites keep popping up.
