A Gift to a Henchman: "The Bully and the Mirror"

Greetings,

One is recovering from the worst eyes-exploding-out-of-your-head headache from the Cognac, which One might point out, is viciously potent. One feels poisoned - still, a day later. The Malignopalooza events around the Lair are continuing this week, and One will be able to post something new sometime soon.

There has been a slight made against Mighty Lord Malignance from a new source though, and One does not overlook or choose to forgive these instances lightly.

As you all may know.

One has made allowances in the past for such petty wickedness, and has reaped a bitter reward for leniency. So One crafted a cruel response, as One is wont to do. A diskindness for another, that there might be Equity, and that there may be respect and fear duly given to the wrath of Lord Malignance.

However;
One does not know all the particulars of this situation. A lack of communication fosters assumptions, and assumptions have also been a vexing issue for relations between Villains. So One puts aside "The Bully and the Mirror" and will allow more details to become known. Behind the personas, there ARE real people, and One does not want to see people harmed. Characters? Oh, yes, "Crush the Enemies, Drive them before you, etc". But not people. A petty unkindness, heaped on a stack of such from others, is not greater than One's value of people.

So, a dispensation is made, that there may be no untoward feelings, and that true best wishes for continued happiness may be realized. You have borne witness to the Cruelty and Malevolence of Lord Malignance. You now bear witness to Mercy.

-Lord Malignance
One will however destroy you like an insect if One even suspects you might be stirring up mischief on behalf of yourself or your master. Mercy is not weakness - it is only showing you a corner of the whole, that you would know the dread of wrath as it unfolds. *

* Disclaimer: One will not reveal any confidential information. One never crosses the line between Metafiction and Real Life Identities. You and yours do however. One never does either of these things. One will only instead make an observation about a weakness on display, an observation anyone can make. You surround yourself with people who would delight in your discomfort, and do not have your best interests in mind. It's that ironic "Sleep in the Bed You Make" vengeance.

  1. Added a disclaimer to point out the actions of Henchmen, are not the actions or behaviors of Lord Malignance. One is better than that.
