Superheroes: X-Alts Somehow Even Less Than Hand-Out Heroes?

Greetings,

Anyone remember when the Princess Lady Jacqueline (Jack Cero) tried to join ROACH (the Ruthless Organization AGAINST Citizen Heroes)? And to sweeten the deal, offered to give up information on superheroes that might be useful in the fight against heroes?

Yes, "superheroes" - always willing to backstab and betray each other for an ounce of personal fame. Hey X-Alts - if you're so intent on following your messiah - exactly what kind of a man is he? Is he someone who can be trusted? Is he courageous enough to be questioned? Or is he a violent little man pretending to be something that he isn't, running away and hiding whenever confronted? And if the foundation of your movement is a sham, what of the organization built upon it?

See Dark Guardian try to shut down "Hero House" on IFC by googling "Hero House", "IFC", and "Dark Guardian". Why would he be so against a reality show - arguably showing "Reality" about superheroes? What is there to hide? And he's also a member of the New York Initiative (Reavers). The more you look at the New York Initiative, the more questions arise.

One points out - this is all public information. The heroes hide behind forums and secret sections of their forums, to hide any of their shamefulness from inquiring eyes, and yet always there is so much volume to it all, it is always readily found.

Can you even imagine what they're hiding? How many of them have Criminal Records? And of what kind?

Trust them?

They can't even trust each other.

For Oneself, One will trust Villains over heroes any day.

  1. So before Z was Jack Cero and that whole New York Initiative circlejerk, he was willing to give out private information? - to roach?

    Yeah, that sounds like Jack.

Always trying to stick it the RLSH to make his X-Alts look better than they are.

Keep it up Jack. We're all laughing at you now, more and more every day.

  2. S,

One doesn't know why the X-Alts are hostile towards the RLSH. Or how Phoenix Jones fits into this - is he RLSH or X-Alt, or is he Rain City - something. Which ones are the dangerous vigilantes? That's the X-Alts, right? The playtime pretend "crime-fighters".

Let me ask you - without giving away your name (and One understands why - the superheroes are a vengeful lot of dangerous people). Where are the greatest number of crazy people to be found? The ones with the true breaks from reality - the ones who will boast that if they weren't superheroes they'd be nothing. RLSH has at least 3, but they've been around longer. Most of them seemed harmless until months and years later when the group think psychopathy started to cause them to lose touch with reality. When the superhero became their sole identity.

Of course, the RLSH aren't quite so well armed and as willfully violent as the New York Initiative. So when they start to lose touch with reality, what will be the consequences? When you can't turn off being batman. Or the Punisher.
